Usage Method of Torque Wrench

Step 1:

Pull ring-pull down to adjust the torque value.


Step 2:

Turn the blue handle clockwise to adjust the torque value, (the 0 scale is aligned with 25, indicating 25N · m) 


Step 3:

Pull up ring-pull to lock torque

Step 1 : Open the dust cover with a tool.

Step 2 : Use an air gun to blow out the dust in the cylinder head first to prevent the dust from entering the cylinder when the spark plug is taken out.

Step 3: Disassembly the ignition coil plug and ignition coil in sequence.

Step 4 : Use torque wrench to loosen the spark plug, then use torque wrench to suck out the spark plug.

Step 5 : The spark plug sleeve must be tightened by hand first, and the torque cannot be applied at the beginning, which shall be set the torque value according to the standard torque of spark plug, use torque wrench to tighten the spark plug, until torque wrench makes a click sound, and repeat the click sound for three times, indicating that it is tightened.

Step 6: Get the ignition coil in place and secure it. Install the hood correctly and return to the starting position.
